1. General Overview
This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the Prenor mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "the App"), a lightweight local photo free cropping tool for personal non-commercial use. The core service of Prenor is to provide users with simple, efficient local image processing functions, allowing users to upload local photos and perform free, arbitrary cropping operations to obtain customized photo materials.
This policy fully discloses the App’s data processing rules, privacy protection standards and user right protection specifications. By installing, accessing and using all functional services of the App, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and agreed to abide by all terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not accept any clause herein, you must immediately stop using the App and delete the application.
2. Age Eligibility Requirements
This application is restricted to users aged 18 and older. Individuals under 18 years of age are not permitted to register, access or use any functions of this App.
The photo free cropping service provided by the App is designed for adult users’ personal daily image editing needs. We do not target minor users, and will not actively collect, store or process any personal information, usage records or image content of minors. In the event that minor-related data is unintentionally retained due to system exceptions, we will execute complete, irreversible permanent deletion immediately after discovery. You warrant that you are an adult with full civil capacity when using this service.
3. Data Collection & Processing Scope
Adhering to the industry-compliant principle of legitimacy, necessity and minimization, the App only processes data required to implement free photo cropping functions, and does not collect any redundant or unnecessary user privacy data. The processed data types are limited to the following contents actively initiated by users and anonymous system operation data:
3.1 User Edited Image Content
All photo content imported and edited by users independently for cropping operations:
• Original Local Photos: Image files uploaded by users from local device albums for free cropping editing.
• Cropped Photo Files: New image files generated locally after users complete arbitrary free cropping operations, which can be saved to the local device independently.
3.2 Anonymous System Operation Data
To maintain functional stability and optimize user experience, the App will anonymously collect de-identified basic device operation data, including device model, system version, App startup logs and function crash records. Such data cannot identify any individual user’s identity, will not be bound to user photo content, and is only used for internal product optimization.
4. Purpose of Data Utilization
All processed data is only used for the following legitimate and necessary service operation purposes, without any hidden usage, commercial promotion or unauthorized data exploitation:
• Implement core editing functions: Complete local photo parsing, arbitrary free cropping and local file saving to meet users’ personalized photo editing needs.
• Optimize product compatibility: Analyze anonymous operation logs to adapt to different device systems, improve cropping fluency and image file compatibility.
• Fix functional exceptions: Identify and repair App running bugs to ensure stable and continuous operation of cropping functions.
• Respond to user services: Process user consultation, feedback and privacy-related questions through official email channels.
5. Local Data Storage & User Control Rights
Prenor adopts a full local processing and local storage mode. All user original photos and cropped edited images are processed and stored only in the user’s personal mobile device. The platform does not have any remote server upload, synchronization or automatic backup functions for user image content.
Temporary cache generated during photo cropping will be automatically cleared after the editing task is completed. Users have full independent control over all image content: you can save, delete, organize and clear local photo files at any time. All deleted image data will be permanently erased without residual backups and cannot be recovered.
6. Data Sharing & External Disclosure Rules
The App’s photo free cropping function is independently developed and operated, with no third-party data access interfaces embedded. We strictly promise not to sell, rent, share, transmit or disclose any user photo content, editing records and private operation data to any third-party institutions, enterprises or individuals under any ordinary circumstances.
The only exception for data disclosure is mandatory legal requirements: we may disclose relevant data in accordance with valid judicial rulings, law enforcement orders and national legal provisions, and the disclosure scope is strictly limited to the legally required range.
7. Data Security Protection Measures
We have established a complete local privacy security protection system for user photo editing behavior. All photo cropping operations run in an independent local sandbox isolation environment, which can effectively prevent data tampering, leakage and illegal access. The platform implements strict internal access authority management, and no staff can view, obtain or export user local photo content in any form, fully protecting user image privacy and data security.
8. No Sensitive Data Collection Commitment
The App’s functional logic is limited to basic photo display and free cropping editing. We will not actively identify, extract or collect any sensitive information contained in user photos, including facial biometric information, geographic location metadata, text privacy information and other private sensitive content. All editing operations do not involve any sensitive data analysis and collection behaviors.
9. Cache Operation & User Tracking Policy
The App only uses basic local cache technology to ensure the smooth execution of photo cropping tasks. We do not use tracking Cookies, user behavior analysis tools or third-party monitoring tools to record user usage habits, browsing tracks and private preferences. Users can manually clear App cache through device settings at any time, and this operation will not affect the normal use of core photo cropping functions.
10. User Content Responsibilities & Compliance Terms
Users shall bear full independent legal responsibility for all photos uploaded and edited by themselves using the App. Users undertake not to use the App’s free cropping function to process, produce or disseminate illegal, infringing, pornographic, violent, false and other non-compliant content that violates national laws and public order and good customs.
The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service qualification of users who violate relevant regulations, and reserves the right to pursue corresponding legal liabilities for illegal acts.
11. Policy Iteration & Update Rules
We reserve the right to optimize and revise this Privacy Policy irregularly in accordance with product function iteration, service upgrade and updates of national personal information protection laws and regulations. The latest version of the policy will be displayed publicly in the App with a clear update date mark. Your continued use of the App’s services after the policy update will be deemed as your acceptance of the revised terms.
